It means to have the enthusiasm of childhood. It means not to forget what it was like to be young and foolish. It means to keep our hearts and minds active and not become weighed down by what we think we should be like as adults. You can be an adult and still have a child-like nature. You don’t need to give up having fun just because someone said you’re an adult now and you need to act like one.
God help me if I start acting like an adult without a child-like nature. It takes all the fun out of life when you do.
