Name your top three pet peeves.

Living alone has greatly cut down my pet peeves. However, I still have a few.

First – Lying. I hate when people lie to me about anything. If a person can lie about something trivial, they can lie about everything. They are untrustworthy. I can’t trust someone who will lie to me.

Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? (NKJV)

Second – Double minded people. Those who say one thing and do another. People make promises every day, but few keep their promises. It’s hard to trust people who forget what they said the moment they turn away from you.

James 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. (KJV)

Third – People who talk through shows and movies and tell you what’s going to happen before it does. There’s a time and place for everything. However, taking the suspense out of a good movie by telling everything that’s going to happen is a game changer for me. It destroys my enjoyment of the show or movie. It’s the same with books. If your review of a book gives away the plot, there’s no reason to read it. You know all the details.

Those are my pet peeves. I know I’m not perfect and I’m sure people have problems with me. I can only say, I’m a work in progress. I’m not perfect. Only Forgiven.
