I love meat. I have at least one meat meal a week. I also eat fish and poultry.
I believe in a balanced diet. You can’t get that when you leave out one or more of the food items that bring a healthy balance to your life.
As much as I love a good hamburger or steak, I find having too much of a good thing isn’t good for you. Most of my diet consists of fish. More salmon than any other as it brings the right balance to my diet and promotes weight loss. Turkey is my other go to, but not as often as either meat or fish. I can’t eat chicken which is a main staple of many households.
God gave us meat to eat after the flood. He told us what meats were good to eat and which weren’t. I like His diet plan.
