Day 330 – Restoration
2 Kings 8:1 Then Elisha spoke to the woman whose son he had restored to life, saying, “Arise and go, you and your household, and stay wherever you can; for JEHOVAH has called for a famine, and furthermore, it will come upon the land for seven years.”
2 Then the woman arose and did according to the saying of the man of Elohiym, and she went with her household and dwelt in the land of the Philistines seven years.
3 It happened, at the end of seven years, that the woman returned from the land of the Philistines; and she went to make an appeal to the king for her house and for her land.
4 Then the king talked with Gehazi, the servant of the man of Elohiym, saying, “Tell me, please, the great things Elisha has done.”
5 Now it happened, as he told the king how he had restored the dead to life, that the woman whose son he had restored to life, appealed to the king for her house and for her land. Gehazi said, “My JEHOVAH, O king, this is the woman, and this is her son whom Elisha restored to life.”
6 When the king asked the woman, she told him. Then the king appointed a certain officer for her, saying, “Restore everything that was hers, and the proceeds of the field from the day she left the land until now.”

God’s character:
Restorer
People leave their homes and everything they know for many reasons. Refugees of war find temporary homes in foreign countries, hoping to return to their homeland and restore everything they lost during the war or famine. People are victims of crimes and hope the authorities can restore everything stolen from them. There is always hope of restoration of everything people know and love.
Elisha told the woman whose son he restored to life to leave her home because a famine would come to the land for seven years. When she returned to get her home and land restored to her, Gehazi spoke with the king about everything Elisha did, and saw the woman waiting to talk to the king and spoke to the king about what Elisha did for her. Then the king restored everything back to her, including the money from the land during the time of her absence.
As Christians, Satan comes against you to steal, kill, and destroy everything belonging to you. However, you can appeal to Yeshuwa, the KING of Kings and the LORD of Lords to restore everything back to you, and He will do it. It’s His promise to you.
John 10:10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. (NKJV)
What has Satan stolen from you? What do you need Yeshuwa to do for you?
Too often Christians fail to ask Yeshuwa to restore their lives and everything Satan stole from them. They believe Yeshuwa has more important things to do than to take care of their needs.
Don’t believe the lies Satan tells you, keeping you from everything Elohiym promised you. Every promise in JEHOVAH’S Word belongs to you as His child.
Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 9 Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Pater who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! (NKJV)
Philippians 4:19 My Theos will supply everything you need according to His riches in glory by Christos Iesous.
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Pater of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
Your life is Yeshuwa’s gift to you because He died for your salvation. He wants to restore everything back to you from before you accepted Him as Savior and Lord until now. You only need to believe, trust, and accept what He gives you.
Don’t let Satan hold onto what belongs to you any longer. Take it back. Believe and watch Yeshuwa restore everything back to you.
Let’s pray: Father, thank you for my life and my salvation. Thank you that I am Your child, and I can come to You and You will restore everything Satan stole from me. When I ask, believing, restore everything Satan stole from me, according to Your promise to me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
