
Food is essential to our health and well-being. My top five food items are: Eggs; Oatmilk; Fruit – bananas, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries; Salmon; and Dark Chocolate.
Breakfast is my main meal of the day. It’s what I see when I open my fridge and determine what I’m going to eat. I also eat a lot of fish, mainly salmon. It’s the healthiest of the fish you can buy.
I do my best to maintain a healthy diet. I am gluten intolerant, so maintaining a healthy diet is important. I eat two meals a day, breakfast and lunch or dinner. It’s rare that I buy processed or junk food. Though I do buy dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is healthy for your brain. I don’t consider dark chocolate as junk food but a necessary staple in my life.
