Today I have a hospital appointment at 11:30. I already called ahead for the medication and my weight. That will take half an hour if everything goes right.

Then I will take a package I got from Amazon to Kohls for a refund. I got hearing aids that won’t stay in my ears and they don’t hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. So, back they go.

At one this afternoon, I have the Secret Santa reveal party. We were supposed to put our names on the last gift so we would know who our Secret Santa was. Mine didn’t. So, I hope I find out this afternoon. She gave me some nice gifts along with a package of Ghirardelli chocolates every week. The first week she gave me Lindoor chocolates. I don’t normally buy chocolates other than dark chocolate Dove Promise. So, I really want to know who my Secret Santa was.

After the party my son, pictured above, or his girlfriend will pick me up to take me to their place for Christmas dinner. They came yesterday to get their presents, which they liked.

I don’t know when I’ll be home today, but I’m hoping today goes well. My son’s girlfriend, pictured is making brisket and ham plus sides. I was going to bring a couple of sides, but she told me I didn’t need to. I am bringing a cake my mother made every Christmas that I can remember. I found the recipe in a Betty Crocker cookbook. I made a few changes as I need it gluten free. It’s also sugar free with Monk Fruit zero calorie sugar.
