Good afternoon from frigid Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It is currently 3 F and feels like -21 F. It’s cold, sunny, and I’m not going outside. The weather people say it would only take thirty minutes to get frost bite on exposed skin.

It’s been a good day. Yesterday, I had zero energy and did all my exercise within the confines of my apartment. I was sick. Today, I feel like I have an excess amount of energy. I have over 13K steps for today, and I’m not done yet with the Fitbit goals. I have one more lap to make around the floor. I’ll have close to 14K steps with the final lap around the floor and I should have over that by the time I go to bed tonight. Yes, it’s been a good day.

I’m thankful for the chili casserole I made for lunch today and shared it with three friends. One of my friends will need to wait until Thursday before she can eat it as she has a colonoscopy on Thursday. So, not much for her to eat between now and then. I just finished the casserole. It was so good. I made a huge batch because I don’t cook or bake anything by half measures. After cooking it in the largest skillet I had, I transferred it to the largest casserole dish, covered it with cheese and put it in the oven. Mm mm delicious!

I’m thankful for the work I did on My Fairytale. I started work on it on Saturday, and did more work on it today. I now have over 5000 words. I’ll soon start chapter 4.

I’m thankful for the beautiful snow that still covers the trees and my patio. I read online that we got 6.9 inches on Saturday. We got more on Sunday, though not measurable I don’t think. That added to the Wednesday totals gives us easily a foot of snow on the ground. With as cold as it is, it’s not going anywhere.

That was taken on Saturday. There’s even more snow on the patio. (Thumb’s Up emoji)

Okay, my day has been wonderful. How was your day? Thanks for reading. The images belong to me.
