Today is Wednesday, usually a full day for me. Not today.

Yesterday, I told my friend I would go to rock painting. I looked forward to it because I haven’t been there in a few weeks. The weather always interrupted my plans. It’s doing it again today. 🥲

My friend called a few minutes ago to tell me about today’s weather. Now, I thought it would be okay because Alexa told me the snow ❄️wouldn’t start until 7 tonight and last until 7 tomorrow morning. However, it’s supposed to rain and be nasty before then. I looked at my phone for the truth of the matter. We’re getting 🌧 rain, sleet, and ❄️snow between 11 AM today and 7 AM tomorrow morning. That is not a good mix. So, I opted to stay home and write. However, tomorrow, I have no choice but to go out in that craziness. I have three appointments, two back to back with my doctor at 7 AM and an infusion at the hospital at 10. I wish I could cancel, but those are important appointments that would be hard on me physically as I need the infusion. So, I will brave the weather and apologize to my friend and next door neighbor for dragging her out in that weather tomorrow morning as she’s my ride.
