Daily writing prompt
What do you wish you could do more every day?

My children and grandchildren are scattered across the country. I would love to spend time with them. I see my younger son often. However, my daughter lives in Texas, her son, pictured next to her lives in Tennessee, another grandson lives in Illinois, my granddaughter also lives in Texas with her children, my great grandchildren, whom I saw last when the girls were three and four years old on their birthdays.

I just saw my oldest and his daughter last week.

However, the relationship with my oldest isn’t good, and it’s not likely I will see either of them again, so I cherish this picture.

Because I don’t see my children or grandchildren as often as I like, I text them every day and wish them a wonderful day. I want them to know how much I love them, and when the day comes when we can get together again, I will cherish every moment. There are plans right now for my daughter to come back to Green Bay for a weekend next month. I am looking forward to seeing her again.

What do you wish you could do more often? Let me know in the comments. Thanks for reading. The images are mine of my family.
