
I can do two forms of exercise: walking and swimming. I prefer swimming. I’ve been swimming since my father taught me how to swim at a lake near our home when I was about six years old. I’m in the water as much as I’m able.
Right now it’s hard to get to the pool as I don’t have a car and my friend who took me, had knee replacement in November. She’s waiting for the doctor to give her the okay to go back to the pool. In the meantime, I walk.

I walk the trail whenever the weather is nice, or the hallway when it’s not.

I walk every day. One day soon, I’ll also be swimming every day in the pool above. There is also a fitness walking track and gym so I can get a full workout while I’m at the Kroc Center.
