Good afternoon from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s a balmy 45 F and feels like 44 F. The sun is shining in a partly cloudy sky.

It’s been a good day.

I’m thankful for another 8 hours of sleep. I could get used to this, but I really don’t need this much sleep. However, I’m grateful because on these two nights at least, I did.

I’m thankful I could get all my computer work done before I left this morning. I enjoyed reading your posts this morning and spending time here.

I’m thankful for my friend who is willing to take me to appointments and shopping. Today, it was a hair appointment. I treated her to Olive Garden afterward. The food was delicious, including the decadent dessert I definitely didn’t need.

My neighbor facing the camera.

I’m thankful I have a good start on getting rid of those calories by walking when I got home. After calculating everything, I’m also going to use the foot cycle while I watch television. I’m also going to drink at least one more 32 ounce bottle of water to absorb all the sodium I consumed. I don’t look forward to the scale in the morning, but at least I know what I need to do to get rid of all those calories.

I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm when I got home. A few changes here and there and the story is coming alive under my fingers. If I don’t publish Faith to Believe this year, it’s fine. I have words flowing and as long as I do, I will write.

Okay, that’s my day. Let me know what you’re thankful for today. Thanks for reading. the image belongs to me.
