Good afternoon from sunny, warm Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. When I left this morning it was in the 30s and I wore my winter jacket. When I came home this afternoon, it was warm and the jacket wasn’t necessary. Hello Spring.

Today was a very good day.

My friend texted me yesterday about rock painting and told me she would pick me up around 9. I didn’t think anything about it because she always picks me up around 9:15 -9:30. She texted me at 8:30 this morning to tell me she was on her way. I was still in my pajamas and playing games on the computer.

I’m thankful I was almost ready when my friend arrived 20 minutes later. I was dressed, had the eye drops in my neighbor’s eyes, and only needed to brush my teeth, put my jacket on and I was out the door. I didn’t forget anything. 😀👍

I’m thankful for the three rocks I painted today. I didn’t know what I would paint, so I went on my phone to look for Easter ideas. I found three.

I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm when I got home. It’s moving along well. I’ll be caught up soon with the current editing and then I’ll start writing again.

I’m thankful I walked along the River Walk this morning to get my steps. I got a few pictures of the geese and statues along the walk. One I had seen before and even have a picture of, but I never noticed the bottom of the statue before.

It’s a frog at the tip of the goose’s beak.

I’m thankful I could spend time with you today, reading your posts. It’s an important part of my day and sometimes I find myself in uncontrollable laughter. Thanks for the chuckles.

Okay, that’s my day. It’s been fun and I’m temporarily back on schedule. Meaning, I’m doing things I normally do on specific days. Only temporary though. Tuesdays are Bible study at my friend’s church. Next week it’s canceled due to the NFL Draft. Her church is right in the middle of it all. We’ll see how ‘off’ I am next week with the NFL madness going on in Green Bay.
