Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s currently 47 F but got up to 60 F today with rain.

It was a good day and a hard day.

I’m thankful for my son whose birthday is today. He’s my youngest and turned 47 today. I sent him a birthday text at 6 AM. I celebrated his birthday with my neighbor tonight with a chocolate iced chocolate brownie and ice cream. 🤤

Today was also a hard day. I’m thankful I could spend the morning with my friend when she needed to put Sammy down. She was grateful I was there along with her son. She was also grateful the vet was gentle with Sammy.

I’m thankful I walked the trail today with as nice as it was between rain showers. My back held up for the walk around the pond, but no more than that. I put the heating pad on my back when I got back to the apartment.

I’m also thankful I could be here today to visit and read your posts.

Okay, that’s my day along with the movie The Passion of Christ for Good Friday. Now, I need to get to bed. My friend picks me up at 8 AM tomorrow for the Winter Market. They’re having an Easter Egg hunt for the kids, so I’m hoping for a good turnout and a book or two sold. Thanks for reading. What are you thankful for today? The images belong to me.
