Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s 49 F and got into the 50s today with a chill wind.
It was a good day.
I’m thankful I sold two books at the Winter Market this morning. Crowds were thin today. I’m guessing at two reasons. One we just got done with the Draft and people didn’t want to go out. Two, the weather is nice enough for people to spend time in their gardens getting them ready for planting.

The person who bought Thread of Evidence said she would buy Vendetta next time, the second in the series.
I’m thankful for a full fridge so I didn’t need to wonder what I would have for lunch when I got home from the market. I only had two bananas for breakfast and was hungry by the time I got home.
I’m thankful for day three of my diet. I don’t even crave the foods I can’t have on this diet. Which is a good thing. I’ve even kept off the scale. I’ll weigh myself next on the first of June.
I’m thankful the Internet person came when he did to find out why my remote didn’t work for the cable. I’m ashamed to say it, the box was turned off. I didn’t know that. But he checked everything out to make certain it worked all right. While he did, we noticed the Kentucky Derby was today. I forgot about it until he was checking out the cable box. So, my friend and I enjoyed the Kentucky Derby today.
I’m thankful I have my laundry done. I left this morning before I could fold it and put it away. I’ll do it now before I go to bed.
Okay, that’s my day. Good sales, good television, good friends. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The images belong to me.
