Good afternoon from sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s 60 F right now. It was warmer, in the mid 60s.

Today was a good day with much to be thankful for.

I’m thankful I got out to the trail this morning early. I put on my walking shoes and left the apartment at 8:30.

I’m thankful I got the laundry done first thing this morning. As soon as it was put away, I left for the trail.

I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm today. I made changes to a chapter then I read it to my friend who has been my sounding board for the book. It’s coming along well.

I’m thankful I remembered to take care of Missy this morning, though I forgot about the other dogs I needed to take care of. She called me when she got home and told me the boys were good and not to worry about it. I’m thankful they didn’t mess in the house. I totally forgot about Teddy and Freddie.

Okay, that’s been my day. Mostly working on Firestorm, and a little TV. I just finished with Firestorm, so it’s time to get off the computer for the day.

Tomorrow is Mother’s Day in the US. I wish all of you a wonderful Mother’s Day. I will be with my son and his girlfriend.
