Today I need that little reminder. Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s 51 F and the air is chilly.

I’ve now had two days of foot in mouth disease, or eating shoe leather. I’m sure some of you have inserted your foot in your mouth a time or two.

So, with the fact there is always something to be thankful for, I give you this offering:

I’m thankful I did the inventory of my books from the Winter Market yesterday. I sold 20 books in seven months. Equal to about 3 books a month. The spot for our guild cost $300 for the seven months. Now you know why we’re not doing the Winter Market again. I’m thankful for depositing the profit this morning in the bank. There’s another event coming up the end of July that only costs $10-$20 for the day. We’re thinking about it. It’s for crafts and gifts, so a better fit.

I’m thankful for a quiet day. I tried to write, but I stared at a blank page so I closed it up. I know what I want to happen, it’s getting it written down so it makes sense. It’ll come. It always does.

I’m thankful for the exercise I did walking around the complex. I had half my steps with my neighbor this morning when we went to AT&T to get her phone sorted out again, then to Target and home. I was mainly looking. She needed dog and cat treats. I need a sleeping bag in the near future, and I’m looking for a nice vinyl tablecloth for spring and summer. I’ll stick with Amazon. The prices are better.

I’m thankful I could visit with you and read your posts. You always make my day brighter.

What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
