Good evening from wet Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s raining and 60 F.

I’m going to convince myself that today was a good day.

I’m thankful for the sleep I got. I think I got six hours which is usual for me.

I’m thankful for the walk along the trail. I overdid it on the trail. I’ve been on the heating pad since one this afternoon. I took Ibuprofen as soon as I walked into the apartment.

I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm. I’m writing again. I’m now on chapter 15.

I’m thankful for food and my neighbor. I ordered groceries for pickup. I should have enough to get me through to Monday when I can get a month’s worth of groceries. So, I’ve had a good supper.

I’m thankful for the heating pad. My back is still not the best. If I can walk the trail tomorrow, I won’t be walking more than one section of the trail. I did two today.

Three more days before my weigh-in on Sunday. I expect to see good results on the scale.

I’m thankful for the time I was here today, reading your posts.

All things considered, it was a good day. I didn’t go to Bible study and I canceled prayer. Now, it’s time for me to go to bed. I’ve been up since 3:22 this morning.

What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
