Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s 67 F right now, but got into the 70s today. Cooler than yesterday, but the air quality from the Canadian wildfires is bad.
Today was a good day.
I was awake early this morning and had everything done on the computer before my first walk. My friend texted me and asked me if I was ready to go for a walk. It’s usually the other way around. Her and Sadie were ready to hit the trail. I told her I wasn’t ready yet as I wasn’t dressed. Still working on the computer. She texted me a few minutes later. It was my clue I needed to get dressed and head for the trail.
I’m thankful for the walk on the trail this morning. It was a pleasant morning. The bad air quality doesn’t bother me. Sadie is getting better about walking with my friend too.
I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm today. I didn’t expect to work on it before Friday, but I got a chapter done before I left. I also worked on Firestorm when I got home.
I’m thankful for Rock Painting today. My neighbor went this morning and had a lot of fun and painted two rocks. I got three painted, though one was just a statement, not a picture.
I’m thankful for the walk I got along the River Trail. I saw a lot of geese on the trail and got pictures, not uploaded yet. Lots of young geese among the grownups.
Okay, that’s my day. I accomplished a lot more than I expected. I also have almost 11,000 steps for the day and 47 heart points. So, it was a very good day.
What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
