Good evening from muggy warm Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s currently at our high for today, 74 degrees F.

Today has been a good day. It always is. Sometimes you need to find the golden thread in the silver lining.

I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm today. I’m working with my antagonist. I’m getting inside his head to see why he is the way he is. I’ve never had an antagonist like him before, so this is proving interesting.

I’m thankful for rock painting today. I went with my neighbor today, who also picked up two other people. They wanted to leave early. I only got one rock done. That’s the golden thread.

I’m thankful for my walk along the river walk today. I saw pelicans enjoying the river. Another golden thread.

I got a message from my best online friend yesterday and today. She told me she got the gift I sent her. She loved it! And today she told me she received the card I sent. She loved the humorous card. I’ve never met her, but our fondest wishes is to meet one day. We’re closer than real friends sometimes. She lives on the east coast and I live in the Midwest. One day. Her birthday is Friday. Another golden thread.

Okay, that’s my day. Time to eat and watch a movie.
