Good evening from hot Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. Well, Alexa lied again. We weren’t supposed to get out of the 70s today. We got to 81 F. with only a faint breeze to keep it on the cooler side, though it didn’t work. It is hot out there. Good news, we’re getting rain tonight. That will help cool things off.

Yesterday was a bad day, today is a good day.

I’m thankful I found my birth certificate and my DD214 this morning. They were together, as I knew they would be, in the first file folder I looked in. I have everything I need except my Drivers License. I’m hoping it comes in the mail tomorrow. I need to get my drivers license renewed in the next week.

I’m also thankful I went to urgent care to check out my wrist. It’s not broken. Just colorful. I also have a new splint for it. I can take it off to work on the computer and cook, or anything else that I need my hands for. So, that’s a good thing. I also let my friend know it’s not broken. She was thankful also.

I’m thankful for the time I spent here today. I read some good posts, as usual. You are all fantastic writers.

I’m thankful for the walk I got on the trail. I didn’t do two sections only one. Every step helps.
