Was today typical?

Today is anything but typical. I’m on the third day of my fast. I just got the phone call from the surgery center. I need to be there by 7 AM tomorrow morning. That makes me very happy. It means I leave here at 6:30 in the morning. It also means I’ll be eating earlier than I expected. ☺️ The good news: I’ve lost 5 pounds. I’ll still lose more before this is over. I’m going to fill this day to capacity so I’m not thinking too much about food. In less than 24 hours it will be all over. 👍

Otherwise, today will be somewhat normal. I’ll still be on the computer, here and working on my book. I’m doing laundry, and I’m going for my walk shortly, but it won’t be around the trail. With all the water I’m drinking, it doesn’t do well to be too far from my apartment.

I think I’ll do tomorrow’s Bible study tonight so I can post it first thing in the morning. Otherwise it won’t be finished before I leave.

I feel like I have a lot to do. I’m excited about getting this over with. So, right now, I will read your posts and then dive into Firestorm.
