Good evening from hazy Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. I don’t know if they lifted the unhealthy air quality report yet. It’s been bad. I can even smell the smoke from the Canadian wildfires. No walking outside today.
I’m thankful that after two days, my back finally feels better. The barometric pressure was high and affected my back. Yesterday, I could barely walk. Took Ibuprofen. Today, I started with Ibuprofen. Now, at the end of the day, it feels much better. 👍
I’m thankful for the last therapy session. I’ve only had three, but three is enough for me to know what to do to strengthen these old bones. I canceled Monday’s session.
I’m thankful my neighbor and I went to Olive Garden for lunch today. I enjoyed unending salad bowl and soup. It was good, as usual.
I’m thankful for the time I was here today. Not like yesterday, I actually read a few of your posts. I always enjoy your posts.
Okay, that’s my day. Time to get off the computer, get the rest of my steps now that my back is cooperating, and veg out with the TV.
What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
