Good morning from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s looking like a nice day today. Anyway …
Yesterday was a fantastic day.
I’m thankful for the beautiful day it was yesterday. I got out early on the trail and walked two sections. The air quality was moderate, so it was a nice walk. With two sections, I had all my steps by the time I got back to the apartment. It was better than walking the halls for my steps. 👍
I’m thankful for Bible study in the third floor lounge. We’re almost finished working our way through the Ten Commandments.
I’m thankful my son called me. Last month my birthday got rained out. Yesterday, he, his girlfriend, her sister-in-law, and two nephews went to Bay Beach Amusement Park. It was wonderful!

My son is in the yellow bumper car.

I love the Tilt-A-Whirl. The guys were in one car and the gals in another. It was fantastic! 🥳

The train was lots of fun. I had fun getting into it and getting out. I’m not a small person.

The Big Wheel. Disappointing. I really looked forward to riding this one. It was really slow, and it didn’t last long.

This is the pavilion at the entrance to Bay Beach. The amusement park has been here since the early 20th century. One of our presidents spoke from the Pavilion back in its early days. I can’t remember which one, but I think it was Franklin Roosevelt. I could be wrong.
It was a wonderful day. My son’s girlfriend works at McDonald’s and they had an employee picnic yesterday, so free food, lots of rides and lots of walking, and a beautiful day. What could be better?
I’m also thankful I could be here for a short time yesterday and read your posts. Now to get today started. What were you thankful for yesterday? Thanks for reading. The images belong to me.
