Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s 71 F and feels like 73 F. It’s also cloudy so no sign of the moon.
It’s been a wonderful day.
I’m thankful for friends. My neighbor asked me what my plans were for supper tonight. She had a steak. We went shopping and asked my other friend to join us.

My neighbor facing me talking with another resident at my New Year’s Day Open House.

My friend down the hall.
The menu tonight was steak, baked potatoes with onions, salad, chocolate cake and root beer floats. It was delicious!
We followed that with a game of Scrabble. My neighbor needed to leave early as she spends Friday night with her sister. My friend and I finished the Scrabble game a little bit ago. I loaded the dishwasher, and now I’m going to relax with television while I charge up my phone.
I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Yes, I walked around the pond to get my steps, worked on Firestorm and made progress with it. However, the small dinner party was a total blessing for all of us and just what we all needed.
What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. The images belong to me. I didn’t take any pictures during our little get together. My friend pictured above is the one who broke her shoulder on July 4th. She’s doing well. Thanks for reading.
