Good evening from pleasant Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. We got into the 70s F and will be pleasant for the game tonight.

It’s been a good day. Not a fast-paced day, but an easy day.

I’m thankful for the chiropractic appointment this morning. I needed it. After my fall on Saturday when I got home from the retreat, I needed a tune up. I have another appointment for next week. I’ll be alternating an ice pack and heating pad when I get off the computer. For clarification, my balance is fine. I have ‘curb’ appeal. In other words, I need to watch where I’m going. It’s the second time since April that I didn’t pick up my feet high enough for the curb. In this case, my back was to the curb and I forgot about it and down I went, flat on my back. The chiropractor told me my back is inflamed and wants to see me again in a week.

I’m thankful for the shopping trip to Costco. I knew I needed something other than food, but couldn’t remember what. So, I went down the aisles and got everything I needed – foil, quart freezer bags, Kleenex, being the non-food items I was in need of. Because they come in large quantities I won’t need those items for a very long time. I also got a few food items, I won’t need for a while either.

I’m thankful for Canasta when I got home. There were only four of us today. Each team won a game. It’s a fun, relaxing game.

I’m thankful for the time I could spend with you, reading your posts. It’s also a fun relaxing way to spend part of my day.

Okay, that’s my day. What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
