Good evening from pleasant Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s 67 F and reached 75 F today.
It’s a day for giving thanks, as every day is.
I’m thankful that I went through an entire day without Ibuprofen, an ice pack, or the heating pad. My back is so much better. I saw the chiropractor this morning and she was happy with the progress. I’m back on my two week app0intment schedule with her to keep myself tuned up.
I’m thankful for my next door neighbor. I’m always grateful she takes me to my appointments and shopping as needed. She’s always ready to go shopping, just mention it and she’s ready with purse in hand.
I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm. I have one more chapter to edit and then I’m writing again. I have fewer changes to make, which makes editing easy.
I’m thankful for the dinner I had tonight with my neighbor. She has two packages of fish in my freezer. Hers is full. She also doesn’t know how to cook fish, so when she wants it, I cook it and yes, help her eat it. Tonight was salmon and jasmine rice.
Today, being Thursday, there was Canasta in the third floor lounge. We played three games. Each team won a game and the other team won the third. It was loads of fun as it always is.
I’m thankful for the many posts I read today. You make my day wonderful every time I come here.
That’s my day. I have much to be thankful for. What about you? What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
