Yesterday’s prompt.

I get my energy from people. When you spend time with people doing life with them, you receive an energy that sparks life in every cell of your body. The recent 50+ retreat I went on is a good example of that. The atmosphere was alive with energy as people connected or reconnected with friends from across the state.

I get energy from God’s Word. The more time I spend with God in His Word, the more charged my life becomes. My life resonates with what His will is for my life.

I get energy from friends and family. They are an important part of my life. Whether we’re getting together for a feast around the table, spending the day together at parks or road trips. Life with friends and family is always fraught with energy.
