It’s been a good day.

I’m thankful for the game of Canasta at noon today. We played two games and the start of the third. I don’t remember which team won, but it was fun as always.

I’m thankful for the work I did today on Firestorm. I just logged my progress with 2049 words and 1282 left to get to 50K with a total of 48,718 words. I’m sure I’ll go beyond that be at least 10K by the end of the month. I’ll also finish the book this month. I also have the cover for the book with AI’s help.

I’m thankful for the time I was here with you today. It’s always a pleasure to spend time with you.

I’m thankful for the phone call and texts to a friend who moved away from the building a couple of years ago. It’s always great to talk with her.

That was my day today. It’s been good. Now, it’s time for me to think about bed.
