Guide

People can point out every wicked person they know and those who headline the news. Those same people believe they are blameless in everything they do.

Solomon studied people. To write the many proverbs he did, he saw how perverse or upright people were. He saw the faithful and the faithless. He saw what drove people and knew the ones who trusted Elohiym to lead them.

When you point your finger at others whom you think are unfaithful, you have three fingers pointing back at you. How faithful are you? Is Yeshuwa your Soter and Kurios? Do you trust Him to lead you through this life?

Solomon said the righteousness of the blameless will direct him.

David said no one sought Elohiym or did good.

Psalm 14:1 The fool has said in his heart, “There is no Elohiym.” They are corrupt, they have done abominable work, there is no one who does good. 2 JEHOVAH looks down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any who understand, who seek Elohiym. 3 They have all turned aside, they have together become corrupt; there is none who does good, no, not one.

Paul said the same thing to the Roman church.

Romans 3:10 As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one; 11 there is none who understands; there is none who seeks after Theos. 12 They have turned aside; they have together become unprofitable; there is none who does good, no, not one.” 13 “Their throat is an open tomb; with their tongues they practiced deceit”; “The poison of asps is under their lips”; 14 “whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.” 15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood; 16 destruction and misery are in their ways; 17 and the way of peace they have not known.” 18 “There is no fear of Theos before their eyes.”

Where do you stand in the accusation put forth by David and Paul? Do you still consider yourself righteous and blameless?

Solomon said the righteousness of the blameless would lead them. Only when you confess your sin and allow the Hagios Pneuma to work in your heart, will you see Yeshuwa leading you in the path you need to go.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in JEHOVAH with your entire heart and lean not on your understanding; 6 in everything you do, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.

Matthew 7:13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many go in by it. 14 Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

You know the way. Two paths lay before you. One leads to death and destruction and the other leads to life. Which path are you on? Who leads you down the path?

Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of Theos,

Romans 5:8 But Theos demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christos died for us.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of Theos is eternal life in Christos Iesous our Kurios.

Romans 10:8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Kurios Iesous and believe in your heart that Theos raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”

Only when you confess your sin do you become righteous and blameless before Theos. Only then can you stand before Him because the blood of Yeshuwa covers you.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from every unrighteousness.

Let’s pray: Father, I know I am a sinner. There is nothing righteous in me without the blood of Your Son covering me. Help me trust in You and walk blameless before You because You lead me down the path leading to eternal life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
