Good evening from cold Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA with a promise of snow tonight and tomorrow. I would like to see the higher end of the predictions for tonight and tomorrow. I’m greedy when it comes to snow.
Today has been a good day.
I’m thankful for a decent night’s sleep. My Fitbit says 5.5 hours instead of 3.5.
I’m thankful my neighbor has heat. They came out to fix the furnace this morning. She has heat for the first time in over a month. They fixed the chirping smoke detector too. Now Missy is no longer terrified of the chirping sound.
I’m thankful for my haircut this afternoon. I look good again, no longer shaggy. My neighbor also got hers cut and styled.
I’m thankful for the little bit of grocery shopping we did right afterward. I have enough food now for the pot roast I’ll make tomorrow and the chili casserole or regular chili when the pot roast is eaten. I really like the chili casserole I came up with.
I’m thankful for the time I was here this morning, interacting with you and reading your posts. They always give me something to think about, smile about, or both.
I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm. I divided another chapter. It’s coming along well.
Okay, that’s my day. I also have all my steps. I’ll use the foot cycle when I get ready to watch television soon.
What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. The image belongs to me. Thanks for reading.
