
I could do less sitting and more moving. I spend a good part of my day in this chair, working on the computer. Now, that isn’t a bad thing, until I realize just how much time I sit here, sometimes moving nothing more than my fingers. I need to stand, stretch, walk around, talk to people more than I do. I’m grateful for activities that take me away from the computer, especially my Fitbit. I need to get up and move at least once an hour from 9-5 daily. It’s not always possible, but I make it work. I’m grateful for activities like rock painting, church, and social activities that take me away from the computer. Then when I sit back here, I feel like I accomplished something and my work is better for the time I was away.
