Day 341 – Trouble

Proverbs 12:21 No grave trouble will overtake the righteous, but the wicked will be filled with evil.

God’s names:

Yeshuwa – Jesus

JEHOVAH – Self-existent, Eternal

Soter – Savior

Kurios, KURIOS – Supreme Authority

BASILEUS – Sovereign, King

God’s character:

Righteous

Do you ever wonder why some people seem to have no trouble in their lives while others always seem to go from one crisis to another?

Solomon saw how blessings came to those who trusted JEHOVAH, while those who lived wicked lives saw nothing but trouble.

Yeshuwa didn’t say those who believed in Him wouldn’t see trouble. He said He would take care of them.

John 17:15 “I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. (NKJV)

John 16:33 “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

When you put your faith and trust in Yeshuwa as Soter and Kurios, He promised to take care of you and fight for you. Satan will come against you because you belong to Yeshuwa. When he does, you only need to call on Yeshuwa, pray believing, and He will take Satan out of your way.

James 4:7 Therefore, submit to Theos. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

What troubles are you facing? Remember what Solomon said, it won’t overtake you. You are a child of the BASILEUS of Basileus and the KURIOS of Kurios. Don’t let Satan convince you that Yeshuwa won’t help you when He promised to take care of you as His child.

Let’s pray: Father, thank you for taking care of me as Your child when Satan comes against me. Let me watch Satan flee from me because I stand on Your Word and promises. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
