Good evening from cold and snowy Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It almost looks like a heat wave at 20 F with the temps as low as they were the last couple of days. This is the warmest it’s been all week.
It’s been a good day.
I’m thankful for the time I spent with you this morning. I love reading your posts.
I’m thankful for the work I did on In the Hands of Mighty Men. I’m about to cross the finish line with it. I should by Friday. There’s a lot of work to do with it in the last chapters. I haven’t touched these chapters since I wrote them, so I have a lot to do with them.
I’m thankful I could put in a grocery order for curbside pickup and have my son and his girlfriend pick it up for me. My neighbor wasn’t able to travel with her rib as bad as it is. It was good because I spent time with my son and his girlfriend. I’m always thankful for any reason to spend with them. Christmas dinner has now been scheduled for Sunday. I’ll need to figure that one out as I have church in the morning. I know it will work out. I’m going to be putting the turkey in a brine. My son brought me the bucket and packets to make that happen. It should be ready to go into the brine tomorrow or the latest on Friday.
That’s my day. What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
