My name is Valerie Jean
Valerie means strong, healthy, brave. It originates from the Latin word valere and the Roman family Valerius. It’s popular in English and French.
Cultural significance – Its’ timeless appeal carries connotations of inner strength and good health.
Jean means God is gracious or God has shown favor. It has Hebrew roots in the name Yochanan meaning Yahweh is gracious.
From the meaning of my name, I would say I have a powerful name. I can also see that though my father named me, it was God who chose my name.
