If there was ever a biography written about me, I would hope the title would be: Valerie Routhieaux – A Woman of Purpose
My life is a reflection of the purpose God put in me the day I was born. Not the day I accepted Him as my Savior and Lord, but the purpose He put into my life at conception. He knew who I would become even before my parents were married.
I have always known who I was, what I liked, and the dreams that have since become a reality.
The day, I accepted Jesus as my Savior, He showed me that all my dreams and hopes were from Him and what I did with them was up to me. Would I let those dreams fall by the wayside because I didn’t think I was good enough? Or would I pursue my dreams like the athletes competing for gold at the Olympics. The answer is simple: I pursued my dreams and saw them fulfilled the day I held my first book in my hands.
What is my purpose? My purpose is to glorify God in everything I do. My books are a reflection of that glory because they glorify Him.
So, the title of my biography would be: Valerie – A Woman of Purpose.
What would the title of your biography be? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
