Who do you go to when you want advice? You know what you want to do. You make plans, and you get help to carry out those plans. You listen carefully to everything you hear, so that in the end, you can fulfill your plans.
Solomon surrounded himself with advisors to help him carry out the work of the kingdom, JEHOVAH gave him. He knew that without counselors, he couldn’t do what Elohiym purposed in him as the king for His people.
When you said yes to Yeshuwa as Soter and Kurios, He promised to send a helper to teach you what you needed to do in the work of the kingdom.
John 14:16 I will pray to the Pater, and he will give you another Parakleton, that he may be with you forever, — 17 the Pneuma of Aletheia, whom the world can’t receive; for it doesn’t see him, nor knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you.
You don’t wander through your Christian life without help. The Hagios Pneuma lives in you, teaching you, advising you, and helping you in the work Yeshuwa gave you. Your work then becomes your joy. You know you have a place and purpose in the body of Christos.
What work did Yeshuwa give you? Don’t try to do it alone. You will fail if you do. Turn to the Hagios Pneuma and seek His counsel before you prepare to do the work, then you will see how He helps you with everything you do.
John 14:26 But the Parakleton, the Hagios Pneuma, whom the Pater will send in my name, he will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I said to you.
Let’s pray: Father, thank you for reminding me that I have help in the work You gave me to do for Your kingdom. I am not alone. Your Holy Spirit lives in me to teach me and help me in everything. When I forget the help You give, nudge me and tell me I am not alone. You got this. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
