
The short answer is no, I’m not superstitious.
Superstition means you don’t trust what you see, and hope is far from reality. It doesn’t exist.
I believe in a God who created me. With that belief, I put every thought that brings doubt of a future that might not happen to rest. In fact I kill those thoughts of doubt and fear with the firm belief that God created me to be a woman with a future bright and wonderful.
Superstition is for people who don’t believe in anything, even themselves. I’m not one of those people. I know what I believe. With God, superstition dies, and faith rises, and life is worth living.
