Day 56 – Judgment
Proverbs 16:4 JEHOVAH has made everything for Himself, yes, even the wicked for the day of doom. 5 Everyone proud in heart is an abomination to JEHOVAH; though they join forces, none will go unpunished.

From the youngest child to the oldest adult, people like to make things. They’re proud of what they make and bring their projects to their parents. Parents display art projects on refrigerators on Christmas trees, or in prominent places to show how proud they are of their children. Children and adults are quick to lay claim to what they made.
Solomon looked at what JEHOVAH made and realized that He also created wicked people for the day of doom and would punish everyone with a proud heart.
Job 21:27 “Look, I know your thoughts, and the schemes with which you would wrong me. 28 For you say, ‘Where is the house of the prince? And where is the tent, the dwelling place of the wicked?’ 29 Have you not asked those who travel the road? And do you not know their signs? 30 For the wicked are reserved for the day of doom; they will be brought out on the day of wrath. 31 Who condemns his way to his face? And who repays him for what he has done? 32 Yet he will be brought to the grave, and a vigil kept over the tomb. 33 The clods of the valley will be sweet to him; everyone will follow him, as countless have gone before him. 34 How then can you comfort me with empty words, since falsehood remains in your answers?”
It is hard for Christians to believe a loving Elohiym would create anyone for destruction. Yet His Word shows the judgment side of JEHOVAH.
Romans 9:14 What will we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? Certainly not! 15 For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.” 16 So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of Theos who shows mercy. 17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, “For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.” 18 Therefore, He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens. 19 You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?” 20 But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against Theos? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?” 21 Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor? 22 What if Theos, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, 24 even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
You were made for JEHOVAH’S glory, but when you don’t glorify Him, He sets you aside for wrath and destruction.
You need to realize JEHOVAH created everything and everyone. People will either glorify Him as Elohiym, or they will reject Him and face His wrath.
JEHOVAH sent His Huios to Earth to bridge the gap between destruction and life. Yeshuwa took your sins that would send you to Hell and gave you the option for eternal life with Him. His wrath is on everyone who rejects Him. He judges everyone, saved and unsaved. He sees the heart. He knows who glorify Him in everything and He knows who glorify themselves. Those who glorify themselves, He sets aside for the Day of Judgment when He sends everyone to their chosen destination.
Life gives you two options: Acceptance of Yeshuwa and eternal life or rejection of Yeshuwa and eternal separation. It’s your choice whether or not you go to heaven or hell. It’s not His choice. He only gives you what you want. He created you for His pleasure. Will His pleasure bring His judgment on you and send you to hell or will His judgment find you worthy of eternal life because you accepted Yeshuwa as Soter and Kurios?
When you stand before Him, will He judge you worthy of heaven or by your choice send you to hell? What kind of vessel are you — a vessel of honor or a vessel of dishonor? The choice is yours alone.
Let’s pray: Father, I belong to You. You made me for Your pleasure to give You glory. Your life lives in me to glorify You as KING of Kings and LORD of Lords. Let me be a vessel of honor in Your hands, a vessel set aside for eternal life because I live only for You. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
