Day 84 – Gift

Proverbs 17:8 A present is a precious stone in the eyes of its possessor; wherever he turns, he prospers.

What is the most precious gift you could receive — the one thing you’ve wanted since you could remember? Once you receive it, it’s as precious to you as the most precious stone. It changes your entire life. You feel like the wealthiest person on Earth. Your gift opens doors to opportunities you didn’t expect.

Solomon was a wealthy man and king. Yet there was one thing his wealth couldn’t give him, when he received it, it was as precious to him as the costliest stone. The only person who could give him his precious gift was Elohiym alone.

What is the one gift you received as a Christian, that no amount of money could give you?

John 3:16 “For Theos so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Huios, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Your most precious gift is Elohiym’s Huios. The moment you accepted His precious gift, you received salvation. No amount of money could buy your salvation. It’s more precious than the costliest stone and with it, you prosper wherever you go.

Your prosperity in Yeshuwa isn’t tied to wealth as many prosperity preachers want you to believe. Your prosperity is tied to knowing Him, studying His Word, standing on His promises. When you know Yeshuwa’s promises, your wealth is beyond rubies. Your gift can knock down the gates of Hell. It can cause Satan to flee.

Matthew 11:12 “And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. (NKJV)

Matthew 16:13 When Iesous came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Huios of Anthropos, am?” 14 So they said, “Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christos, the Huios of the living Theos.” 17 Iesous answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Pater who is in heaven. 18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock, I will build My church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it. 19 And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

James 4:7 Therefore submit to Theos. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Your wealth is tied to Yeshuwa’s Word. When you read and study it, you will find doors opening you didn’t expect. Opportunities to tell others about Yeshuwa and what He can do for them. This is the most precious gift He could give you. He didn’t give you this gift so you could admire it. He gave you this gift so you could give it to others.

Matthew 28:18 And Iesous came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Pater and of the Huios and of the Hagios Pneuma, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Elohiym didn’t give you this gift so that you could keep it to yourself. He gave it to you so you could tell others what He did for you.

Let’s pray: Father, thank you for giving me the most precious gift You could give me — Your Son. Open my mouth so others will know what You did for me and they can know You too. In Jesus’ precious name, I pray. Amen.
