Usually the reverse is true. I could spend more time with family and friends. However, this isn’t about spending more, it’s about spending less of something.
It still comes down to time. I spend too much time on some things and not enough time on things that matter. Most of the time I don’t seem to have enough time for the things I need to do. It’s because I’m spending to much time doing trivial things.
I spend more time on the computer than anything else in my life. Most of it on social media. I’ve cut down on social media so I could spend time working on my books and time with friends and family. However, it’s not enough. I still need to cut out more social media and focus on those things that should be a priority in my life.
