There is always SOMETHING to be thankful for in every day. Today is no exception.
Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s after 10 p.m. and well past my bedtime. The current temperature is 35 F. It’s supposed to get warmer in the next few days.
Today was good because I achieved everything I set out to do. I had a hair appointment at 1, after which I went shopping. When I got to the register, I didn’t realize how much food I needed. Either that or the price of food has escalated far more than I realized. I did bring home a lot of bags though, so all is good. I also have all my steps for the day. A good portion of my steps was from grocery shopping.
I’m also thankful for the work I did on My Fairytale. I finished editing and updating chapters 1-5, though chapter one was good. No editing necessary. I’ll work on chapters 6-8 tomorrow, maybe. I won’t be home in the morning. I have Bible study. And if my friend calls or texts, I might not be home in the afternoon either. We’ll see. She’s still recovering from her time in the ICU a month ago. If I’m not home tomorrow afternoon and evening, I’ll be at Writer’s Guild. I plan on reading the first chapter of My Fairytale.
There you have my day. It was wonderful with much to be thankful for. You can also see my plans for tomorrow. So, you know I won’t be here as much tomorrow. Life has a way of doing that.
Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
