Good evening from a beautiful late afternoon in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. My plans for tonight is to stay up and watch the total eclipse of the blood moon. It should be fantastic!

I have much to be thankful for today.

I’m thankful for the time spent here with you today. You give me a lot of wonderful stories to read as well as anecdotes from your day.

I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm today. I got two chapters edited and fixed, more meat on the skeleton as it comes together.

I’m thankful for the chiropractor appointment this morning. She massaged my back and legs with a massage tool. It felt fantastic! She also told me I could use a rolling pin on my upper leg where it’s tender and sore. I’ll do that.

I called my son and asked him to come over. I’m thankful he did as we discussed what happened on Sunday night. I will take measures for better safety in my home. He also wants me to move to an upper floor. I went to the office and put myself on the waiting list for a one bedroom apartment.

I’m also thankful he gave me a short ride in his new vehicle. The insurance covered the full cost of the vehicle, so that is a total blessing. It’s a very nice 2023 Nissan.

I’m thankful for cards today. We didn’t have enough for Canasta, so we played kings in the corners. Lots of fun as always.

I’m thankful I could walk the trail with one of my friends here. She didn’t know where the trail was. We had a wonderful walk and I finished getting all my steps. Though I still had two goal hours with the Fitbit.

My neighbor also asked me to go with her to the bank to take care of business. It didn’t take long and she went to PetSmart too. She has a dog and cat.

Okay, that’s my day. It was good. I feel like I got a lot done. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

It was. I didn’t go to bed until after the eclipse at 1:30 this morning.

I did. I found the perfect place in the building to watch it from. The second floor lounge. Unimpeded view.
