Good evening from a warm night in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Currently it’s 40 F. It’s been pleasant all day.
I have much to be thankful for today. Don’t you?
I’m thankful I woke before the sun arrived in Green Bay. It means I got a lot done before the sun arrived. I like that.
I’m thankful I got everything I needed to get done today, done. I left the apartment at 10:30 AM and got home at almost 3 PM. First stop was the bank. Then I went to Kay Jeweler’s to get a new battery in my watch. I’m so happy to have my watch back on my wrist. Then it was grocery shopping and shopping in general. My pantry and fridge are both happy tonight.
While we were in the second store, my neighbor asked if I like steak. The store had NY Strip steaks on sale. I cooked. I’m thankful they both turned out perfect. Dinner was delicious!
I’m thankful I didn’t need to do much hall walking today. I got all my steps while I was out shopping. I only needed to get the Google Fit heart points for today when I got home. Soon I’ll be walking outside full time again as the weather continues to warm up.
I’m also thankful for the work I did on Firestorm. I’m working on the suggestions from the people at Writer’s Guild and the comments they made on the first chapter.
Okay, that’s my day in a nutshell. I have much more to be thankful for in the countless blessings God gives me every day. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. Let me know in the comments what you’re thankful for today.
Oh before I forget, I’m thankful I remembered to text my grandson this morning and wish him a happy birthday.

My grandson with my son.
