Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s down to 64 F. It’s been raining for a few hours with more rain tomorrow. We also had winds gusting to 21 mph. I heard yesterday’s bad weather had some tornadoes touch down around the state, but none here.
It’s been a good day today before the wind started blowing.
I’m thankful I opened my eyes at 4:15 AM and had the laundry in the washer by 4:36. I also ran the dishwasher. So, it was a very good start to the day.
With the laundry put away it was time to turn to the trail.
I’m thankful I talked my friend into another day of walking with me. This time I talked her into walking around the pond. She complained loudly about the walk, but it was all fun. She enjoyed the pond. We saw the Great Blue Heron again. I got a couple pictures of it. After she left me to walk home, I walked the wooded trail and then on my way home, saw two geese and two turkeys. Here’s a picture of the Great Blue Heron at the pond.

That was all before breakfast.
I’m thankful for the work I did on Firestorm. I completely rewrote chapter 13 after watching several movies about meteorites as research. The third one I watched was the best one and gave me information I needed. Now, everything works and is back on course.
I’m thankful I decided to change crock pots for my pot roast. After cooking it for ten hours total the potatoes and carrots were still hard. Just a few hours in my trustworthy crock pot and everything turned out perfect.
Okay, that’s my day along with a couple of hours of TV with my neighbor. Tomorrow is the last Winter Market. I’ll bring everything home tomorrow and then figure out how many books I sold since November. Our Writer’s Guild won’t be doing the winter market again.
What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The images belong to me.
