Good evening from a pleasant day in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s 75 F right now with a nice light breeze.

Today was a wonderful day and my last day at 71 years old. Tomorrow is a new day and year. πŸ‘

I’m thankful for everything my neighbor and I accomplished today. First we went to the hearing aid doctor. I have my hearing aids in and working. He needed to calibrate them together with my phone. Next we went to Costco for a necessary run for Toilet Paper. Everyone needs this essential product and I was almost out. Not anymore. πŸ‘After Costco we went to Culver’s and had lunch. She had coupons. Lunch was delicious.

I’m thankful for a trip to Urgent Care to recheck my wrist which still hurts. The bone that doesn’t show up on x-rays right away, isn’t broken. πŸ‘I still need to wear the splint for another two weeks. It was a much welcomed good report.

I’m thankful for the walk I did on the trail when I got home. The water in the pond is a little higher today with the rain we got yesterday, so that is most welcome. We still need a lot of rain.

I’m thankful for the time I was here with you. Reading your articles is informative, and amusing. Laughter is the best medicine and I really needed those laughs today. I love learning new things also. So those posts are most welcome. New places, history revisited, and laughter. It was wonderful being here with you.

Okay, that’s my day. I still have work to complete on the Internet, games to play, and then it will be a night of TV. Oh, I need to fold and put my clothes away yet. I did laundry first thing this morning. They’re still on my bed.

What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
