Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. We had a mixed bag today. Rain, Sun, Heat. The weather forecast showed it would rain all day. It didn’t. Praise God!

I’m thankful for today. Today is the 200th day of the year. I know that because I had a journal once that showed that number for the day I was born on. Yes, today, is my birthday, and I am so blessed!

I’m thankful for family. My brother texted me this morning and wished me a happy birthday before I started my Bible study. Yes, he knows I get up early. My sister and her husband came later in the afternoon bringing flowers. The next pictures are from last year’s birthday party. I’m wearing that shirt today.

The beautiful young woman with me in the upper picture didn’t come by today, but she sent me a beautiful birthday card.

I’m thankful for friends who shared in my birthday.

And I’m thankful for family. My son and his girlfriend pictured on the far side of the table were also here today.

This picture was taken at their home last Christmas or it might have been on Mother’s Day this year. I’m not certain, but this is my son and his girlfriend.

This is my friend who recently broke her shoulder and had shoulder replacement surgery a couple of days ago. My neighbor pictured above took cake and ice cream to her apartment so she and her grandson could enjoy the day with me.

It was a fun day. I’m thankful I got out to the trail early this morning. I’m finishing the day with almost 13,000 steps and will probably have that by the time I go to bed.

I’m thankful for all of you and the wonderful posts I read today.

It’s been a lovely, good day and even the weather couldn’t put a damper on it with rain in the forecast.

What are you thankful for today. Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The images belong to me.
