Good evening from warm Green Bay, Wisconsin. We’re still in an unhealthy air quality alert from the Canadian wildfires. I learned this morning that they’re located almost directly north of Wisconsin in Canada.

Today has been a busy, but wonderful day.

I’m thankful for my neighbor. We left around 10:30 this morning and headed first to the thrift store to drop off items we’re both getting rid of. I also got the phone number for the person I need to call to schedule a pick up of furniture I’m getting rid of. I’ll do that probably on Wednesday which will be my next free day to do that, I think. From the thrift store, we headed to Hy-Vee and grocery shopping. I got some essentials from there, and then headed to Cost-Co to complete our shopping. I’m thankful I could use my insurance UCard at Hy-Vee and my FoodShare card at Cost-Co. I spent a total $22 from my checking account. Everything else was covered. My fridge and freezer are full. I also got a couple of things for the pantry. I didn’t need much for that.

I’m thankful for the time I could be here reading your articles and posts. They always bless me.

I’m thankful I have all my steps and heart points from all the walking I did this morning in the stores. I didn’t need to walk the hallways or the trail. I’m truly blessed.

I’m thankful I got the laundry done this morning and put away early.

I’m thankful for the Insurance Nurse who came this morning. He informed me I’ve been taken off his case because I’m too healthy to need a health nurse. That’s a good thing. He’s a very pleasant young man.
