It’s a good day to be thankful.

I’m thankful for waking early. I got my quota for today on Firestorm for the 50K challenge before 8 AM. I was on fire this morning with my writing.

I’m thankful for rock painting today. One of the women there wanted me to paint a turkey for her like I brought home last week. I also started another rock like the one I gave to a friend down the hall.

She loved the turkey I painted for her. The turkey on the left and the rock in the upper left are the most recent rocks.

This is the rock I gave away and am painting another similar to it.

I’m thankful I have all my steps. Most of them gotten at the ADRC while rock painting. A good time to walk is when the paint is drying.

Okay, that’s my day. Today is also day 40 for my fast. I will be back to interacting with you tomorrow as before the fast. I’ll also be working on the writing challenge. It will be a full day tomorrow.
