Good evening from COLD! Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It’s -1F and feels like -21F. It’s cold out there!

It’s been a good day.

I’m thankful I could spend time with you, reading your posts and interacting with you.

I’m thankful for the work I did on Faith to Believe. Just one chapter, but I’m getting near the middle now. I’ll go into high gear with it after the first of the year.

I’m thankful for the chili casserole I made today. I almost didn’t. However, it turned out better than expected. I thought I over did it with the chili powder.

It turned out delicious. This picture is from the first time I made it.

Okay, that’s my day. Most of it on the computer and the rest getting my steps.

What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The images belong to me.

Somehow I missed this one, Valerie. One of these days I am going to make that casserole of yours 🙂 I’m thankful my wonderful neighbors made a big pot of chili and were kind enough to share. Also thankful I am back to work on Blackberry Summer after almost a month of letting it simmer. Thankful for a cozy home – we’re pretty cold here today too. 1 degree when I went out to the dentist this morning. Thankful for my Keurig and a brand new box of Dunkin’ pods 🙂

It’s so easy to make. I like it better than making a huge crock pot of chili. I love chili too. If you want the recipe, let me know.

I’m sorry you have the cold weather that passed through here this past weekend. I’m sure the coffee felt awesome when you got home from the dentist.
