31 December – What I’m Thankful for Today

Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. Happy New Year!

I know half the world is already in 2026. I hope this coming year will be good to you.

I’m thankful first for the sleep I got last night. I got seven good hours of sleep.

I’m thankful for the work I did today on Love’s Illusion. I spent the entire day with it and AI. I didn’t need to do much with it. It’s a good strong story, and almost ready to be published.

This year has been a good year. I wrote and finished Firestorm. It’s been a good writing year.

    There’s so much to be thankful for this year. My family, my job, my home, my car, my health, and my faith. I am thankful for a short trip to join my siblings and sister-in-law for a couple of nights. Happy New Year to you from Northern Illinois.
